Please review 2-1-1 Arizona’s Inclusion & Exclusion policies to determine if your organization, agency, or program may be considered for the 2-1-1 Arizona directory. 2-1-1 Arizona reserves the right to exclude organizations that do not comply with our policies.
If an organization submits an application and is not approved to be listed within 2-1-1 Arizona’s database directory, an explanation will be provided. Exclusion does not imply disapproval.
2-1-1 Arizona reserves the right to edit information according to an established database style guide for clarity and content; and to publish the information in a variety of media, subject to confidentiality issues.
2-1-1 Arizona staff will reach out through every reasonable venue to request the update of record information for the directory. If no response is received in a reasonable amount of time, 2-1-1 Arizona reserves the right to inactivate the record to avoid misinformation to the public.
Decisions to include, exclude, or remove an organization or program may be appealed in writing to 2-1-1 Arizona.
