If an organization submits an application and is not approved to be listed within 211 Arizona’s database directory, an explanation will be provided. Exclusion does not imply disapproval.
211 Arizona reserves the right to edit information according to an established database style guide for clarity and content; and to publish the information in a variety of media, subject to confidentiality issues.
211 Arizona staff will reach out through every reasonable venue to request the update of record information for the directory. If no response is received in a reasonable amount of time, 211 Arizona reserves the right to inactivate the record to avoid misinformation to the public.
Decisions to include, exclude, or remove an organization or program may be appealed in writing to 211 Arizona.
